Windshield Gateway
The Windshield Gateway mounts directly to the inside of the vehicle's windshield. This allows for better line of sight coverage increasing the range to a Man Down Pendant or other WPAN device.
Quick and easy mounting
The adhesive backing allows for quick and easy mounting to the inside upper left or right corner of the vehicle's windshield.
Antenna option
The RP (Reverse Polarity) SMA Windshield Gateway option features an SMA antenna mount designed for maximum range solutions.
How does it work?
The Windshield Gateway connects to the RS-232 port of a Chameleon CTM-200. The Windshield Gateway accepts messages from WPAN devices and formats them for the Chameleon CTM-200. The Windshield Gateway communicates using serial data communications or DTR signals (Man-Down alerts only).
