Message Terminal
Designed for mobile use in industrial and commercial vehicles, this wireless terminal sends and receives messages to and from a remote server. It provides your driver with the ability to acknowledge and respond to incoming "pages".

Allows your driver access to modem information while on the job
Instead of having to wait until access to a computer is available back at the office, your driver can view modem information instantly. The Message Terminal displays information such as:
- GPS position
- LSD (legal subdivision)
- Modem status
- Engine diagnostics

What else can the Message Terminal do?
The Message Terminal also has a Man Down Timer. The driver can set the terminal to prompt an alert notification if he has not cancelled the Man Down Timer after a designated period of time.
Do I need a Gateway to use the Message Terminal?
Yes. Every WPAN device requires a Gateway to communicate with the modem. Click the image to view the wireless product structure.
How does the Message Terminal work?
The Message Terminal wirelessly communicates to a Gateway. The Gateway operates with a Chameleon Modem and they are installed into a vehicle. Messages are sent and received through a computer. The Message Terminal creates a 2-way communication link using cellular technology.
