Casey O'Neill is an original co-founder of Cypress Solutions. He has held numerous senior financial positions for both public and private companies, including: President of Delson Industries Inc., Corporate Accountant for Layfield Plastics Ltd., and Accounting Manager for Fisons Horticulture (U.S.) Inc.

Matthew Murnaghan is a co-founder of Cypress Solutions and has been involved in engineering design since 1987. His experience ranges from automotive component design for tier one part suppliers, to product design for high technology companies, to consumer/industrial product design and engineering. Matthew has specialized in the integration of advanced manufacturing technology in industrial and consumer products.

Samir Hadzimusic is the engineering team lead at Cypress Solutions. He has been involved in numerous hardware and embedded software development projects including wireless device development, industrial control and monitoring devices, FPGA designs, etc. Samir was one of the architects of the Chameleon line of wireless data modems and has had a key role in this development since its beginning.

Mike England has twenty five years experience designing and developing world class software systems and applications. He has held key technical and design roles with leading companies including Teck/Cominco, Fording Coal, Mintec Inc., Creo Inc. (Kodak Imaging), RSA Security. Mike has experience in a broad range of software development in engineering, scientific and commercial business applications including successful commercial applications in the embedded, handheld/pda, desktop, server and high-end graphics workstation markets.

Rochelle Garrison's background as an award winning graphic designer and professional photographer have brought a new direction to Cypress' corporate brand. As Communication Director, she manages marketing strategies, corporate branding and continues to specialize in the management of Cypress' visual identity.
